O-Town
O-Town was an American boy band formed in 1998 and disbanded in 2003, later reuniting in 2013. The group originated from the first season of the MTV-produced reality television series Making the Band. The original lineup consisted of Jacob Underwood, Ashley Parker Angel, Erik-Michael Estrada, Trevor Penick, and Dan Miller.
O-Town achieved mainstream success in the early 2000s with their debut album, O-Town, released in 2001. The album featured the hit singles "Liquid Dreams" and "All or Nothing," both of which reached the top ten on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. "All or Nothing" is often considered their signature song.
Following the release of their debut album, O-Town embarked on several tours and continued to perform extensively. They released their second studio album, O2, in 2002, which included the single "We Fit Together." However, the album did not achieve the same level of commercial success as their debut.
In 2003, the group announced their disbandment.
After a decade-long hiatus, O-Town reunited in 2013, albeit without original member Ashley Parker Angel. The remaining members released new music, including the album Lines & Circles in 2014. They have continued to tour and perform, releasing further albums such as O.T.W.N. (2019). O-Town's music is generally categorized as pop and R&B, typical of the boy band genre.
