Nokia 700

The Nokia 700, also known as "Zeta," was a smartphone announced by Nokia in August 2011 and released in Q3 2011. It was notable for being one of the most compact smartphones available at the time, and one of the slimmest Nokia phones.

The device ran on the Symbian Belle operating system. Key features included a 3.2-inch AMOLED display, a 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, and 2GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card. It also featured a 5-megapixel camera with an LED flash. Connectivity options included 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC.

The Nokia 700 was positioned as a mid-range device focusing on style and portability. Its compact size and use of Symbian Belle were intended to appeal to users seeking a lightweight and easy-to-use smartphone experience. While it offered decent specifications for its time, it was ultimately overshadowed by the rise of Android and iOS devices which offered more advanced app ecosystems. The Nokia 700, alongside other Symbian-based Nokia phones, became largely obsolete as Nokia transitioned to the Windows Phone platform.
