Nikon F50

The Nikon F50 (also known as the N50 in North America) is a 35mm single-lens reflex (SLR) camera manufactured by Nikon Corporation from 1994 to 1999. It was aimed at the consumer market, offering a blend of automatic features and manual controls at a relatively affordable price point.

The F50 features a built-in pop-up flash and utilizes a matrix metering system for automatic exposure control. It also offers aperture-priority auto, shutter-priority auto, and manual exposure modes. Focusing is handled by an autofocus system, typically a single-point system, although some variations may offer a wider area focus.

The camera accepts Nikon's F-mount lenses, providing compatibility with a vast range of optics. It uses DX-coded film cartridges for automatic ISO setting, but manual ISO override is typically available. Film advance and rewind are motorized.
