Nick Wright (footballer, born 1987)

Nick Wright (born 23 September 1987) is an English former professional footballer. He played as a midfielder.

Wright began his career as a youth player with Manchester City, but he did not make a first-team appearance for the club. He was loaned out to Stockport County in 2006.

Following his release from Manchester City, Wright signed for Blackpool in 2007. He spent a season at Bloomfield Road before joining Milton Keynes Dons in 2008. He then moved to Fleetwood Town in 2009.

After a spell at Fleetwood Town, Wright played for Hyde. He then had a period with Altrincham.

Following his professional career, he has played non-league football for clubs including Droylsden.
