Nathan Davis (actor)
Nathan Davis (born November 22, 1917, Chicago, Illinois; died October 15, 1985, Los Angeles, California) was an American character actor best known for his roles in television.
Davis began his acting career later in life, largely appearing in television throughout the 1970s and early 1980s. He was often cast in authority figure roles, frequently portraying judges, doctors, and military officers.
Some of his notable television appearances include roles in shows such as Kojak, The Rockford Files, Charlie's Angels, The Incredible Hulk, Dallas, and Hill Street Blues. He also appeared in made-for-television movies.
While primarily a television actor, Davis also had a few film credits, including appearances in Coma (1978) and Escape from Alcatraz (1979).
