Ms .45 (also stylised as Ms .45) is a 1981 American exploitation/revenge thriller film directed by Abel Ferrara and starring Zoë Lund (credited as Zoë Tamerlis). The film tells the story of a mute seamstress in New York City who is raped twice in one night. After the second assault results in the death of her attacker, she embarks on a violent rampage, killing men across the city. The film is known for its provocative themes of gender, violence, and urban alienation. It is considered a cult classic and has been the subject of much critical analysis and debate due to its graphic content and ambiguous moral stance.
