Mirror Lake (Wallowa County, Oregon)

Mirror Lake is a subalpine lake located in the Eagle Cap Wilderness of the Wallowa Mountains, in Wallowa County, northeastern Oregon, United States. It is situated at an elevation of approximately 8,140 feet (2,480 meters). The lake is a popular destination for hikers and backpackers due to its scenic beauty, reflecting the surrounding peaks of the Wallowa Mountains in its calm waters, hence the name.

The lake can be accessed via several trails, often involving moderate to strenuous hiking. Common routes include trails originating from Wallowa Lake or Two Pan Trailhead. Permits may be required for overnight stays within the Eagle Cap Wilderness, and it's essential to check current regulations with the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest before visiting.
