Miho Takagi (speed skater)

Miho Takagi (高木 美帆, Takagi Miho, born May 22, 1994) is a Japanese speed skater. She is considered one of the most decorated and versatile speed skaters of her generation.

Takagi has competed in multiple Winter Olympic Games, earning several medals. She debuted at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics at the age of 15, becoming the youngest Japanese speed skater to compete at the Olympics. She has since competed in the 2014 Sochi Olympics, the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics, and the 2022 Beijing Olympics.

Her Olympic medal haul includes gold in the team pursuit (Pyeongchang 2018 and Beijing 2022), silver in the 1500m (Pyeongchang 2018 and Beijing 2022), bronze in the 1000m (Pyeongchang 2018), and silver in the 500m (Beijing 2022).
