Marco Büchel (footballer)

Marco Büchel (born 6 November 1989) is a Liechtensteiner international footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for USV Eschen/Mauren.

Career

Büchel began his senior career with USV Eschen/Mauren in the Liechtenstein Football Cup. He subsequently played for FC Vaduz II and returned to USV Eschen/Mauren. He has also had a spell with FC Ruggell. He returned to USV Eschen/Mauren once again.

International Career

Büchel has represented Liechtenstein at various youth levels and made his senior international debut for Liechtenstein in 2010. He has since earned multiple caps for his country and has participated in FIFA World Cup qualifying matches and UEFA European Championship qualifying matches.
