Long Mỹ (town)

Long Mỹ is a town (thị trấn) and the capital of Long Mỹ District in Hậu Giang province, Vietnam. It is located in the Mekong Delta region. The town serves as the administrative center for the district, housing government offices and public services. Long Mỹ town is a market center for the surrounding agricultural area, particularly rice cultivation. It is connected to other parts of Hậu Giang province and the Mekong Delta by road and waterway. The town's population is primarily Kinh (Vietnamese).
