Laura Turner (sprinter)
Laura Turner (born 31 October 1982) is a retired British sprinter who specialized in the 100 metres and 200 metres. She represented Great Britain at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing as part of the 4 x 100 metres relay team. The team finished fourth in their heat and did not advance to the final.
Turner achieved several national and international successes throughout her career. She represented England at the Commonwealth Games, securing medals in relay events. Her personal best times in the 100m and 200m were notable achievements, and she consistently ranked among the top British sprinters during her competitive years.
