Killer B's (Pittsburgh)

The "Killer B's" was a nickname given to a core group of offensive players for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League (NFL), primarily active during the 2010s. The moniker primarily referred to quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, running back Le'Veon Bell, and wide receiver Antonio Brown. The term gained popularity due to their combined offensive prowess and statistical dominance during their time playing together. While other players were sometimes included under the "Killer B's" umbrella (such as tight end Heath Miller or wide receiver Martavis Bryant), Roethlisberger, Bell, and Brown were consistently considered the main components of the offensive unit referred to by that name. The era of the "Killer B's" was marked by high offensive production and playoff appearances, but ultimately ended without another Super Bowl victory, largely due to injuries, suspensions, and contract disputes that led to the departure of Bell and Brown.
