Kate Reid

Kate Reid (born 1979) is an Australian baker and aerospace engineer. She is best known as the founder of Lune Croissanterie, a highly regarded croissant bakery in Melbourne, Australia.

After graduating with a degree in aerospace engineering, Reid worked for the Williams Formula 1 team in the United Kingdom. Following her return to Australia, she transitioned into the culinary world, focusing on perfecting the art of croissant making.

Lune Croissanterie quickly gained a reputation for producing exceptional croissants, drawing long queues and critical acclaim. Reid's scientific background and meticulous approach to baking have been credited for the bakery's success.
