KAYU-TV is a television station licensed to Spokane, Washington, United States, serving the Spokane–Coeur d'Alene market. It broadcasts on virtual channel 28 (UHF digital channel 32). The station is affiliated with the Fox network and is owned by Gray Television.

KAYU-TV first signed on the air on November 1, 1982. Prior to its launch, Fox programming was primarily available via cable through stations from larger markets or over-the-air from distant stations. KAYU-TV became the market's sole Fox affiliate and has remained so since its inception.
