Jim Higgins (luger)

Jim Higgins is an American luger who competed during the 1980s. He participated in the Winter Olympics twice. At the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo, he finished 18th in the men's singles event. Four years later, at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, he finished 22nd in the same event. Information regarding any medals or significant wins outside of Olympic participation is not readily available.
