Joseph Lewis (ice hockey)

Joseph Lewis is an American professional ice hockey player. He plays primarily as a center.

Lewis was drafted first overall by the Los Angeles Kings in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. He played junior hockey in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) with the Plymouth Whalers before turning professional.

He played for the Los Angeles Kings for several seasons, and has also played for the Winnipeg Jets and New York Islanders. Throughout his NHL career, Lewis has been known as a versatile player capable of playing in different roles, often contributing on the penalty kill and in a checking role.

Following his NHL career, he has played in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) and other professional leagues. His career has included representing the United States in international competitions.
