John Passmore (politician)

John Passmore (born October 15, 1956) is a Republican politician from the state of Pennsylvania. He currently serves as the State Representative for Pennsylvania's 158th legislative district, representing portions of Chester County.

Passmore was first elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 2018. Prior to his election, he served as a Chester County Commissioner from 2014 to 2018. He also has a background in business, having worked in the technology sector.

In the Pennsylvania House, Passmore has served on various committees, including those related to environmental resources and energy, transportation, and education. He has focused on issues such as property tax reform, infrastructure improvements, and education funding.

Passmore holds a bachelor's degree from Villanova University. He resides in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.
