John Carmichael (cricketer)

John Carmichael (born 19 November 1944) is a former English cricketer who played first-class cricket for Cambridge University and Northamptonshire.

Carmichael was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler. He appeared in 18 first-class matches between 1965 and 1971. He scored 441 runs with a highest score of 66, and took 18 wickets with a best bowling performance of 3 for 41. He also took 8 catches. He played most of his cricket for Cambridge University, appearing in 12 first-class matches for them.
