Jennifer Blake (wrestler)

Jennifer Blake (born Jennifer Yemchuk on September 3, 1983) is a Canadian professional wrestler. She is best known for her work in promotions such as Shimmer Women Athletes, Shine Wrestling, and Impact Wrestling, where she wrestled under the names Jennifer Blake, LuFisto, and Ava Stone.

Blake began her professional wrestling career in 2005, primarily working on the independent circuit in Canada and the United States. She quickly gained recognition for her technical skills and aggressive in-ring style.

In Shimmer Women Athletes, she was known for her intense matches and feuds with other notable female wrestlers. She participated in several Shimmer tapings and consistently delivered strong performances.

She also competed in Shine Wrestling, another prominent all-female promotion, where she continued to showcase her talent and experience.

In 2011, Blake joined Impact Wrestling (then known as TNA) as Jennifer Blake. She later portrayed the character Ava Stone. During her time with Impact, she was primarily involved in storylines with other Knockouts.

Following her time with Impact Wrestling, Blake returned to the independent circuit, continuing to wrestle and mentor aspiring wrestlers. She has also been involved in training and coaching roles, contributing to the development of the next generation of female wrestlers.
