Devecey

Devecey is a commune in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in eastern France. It is part of the Grand Besançon Métropole urban area. The inhabitants of Devecey are known as Develciers. The commune's geographical coordinates are approximately 47°17′59″N 5°56′42″E. Its economy is primarily agricultural, although its proximity to Besançon also means some residents commute for work. The town features a church, town hall, and local amenities.
