Imroz (painter)

Imroz (born Inderjit Singh) (1926 – 2020) was an Indian painter, poet, and writer, best known for his close association and lifelong companionship with renowned Punjabi poet and writer Amrita Pritam. While Pritam achieved widespread literary fame, Imroz’s contributions were often overshadowed, though he was a significant artist in his own right.
