Icehouse (album)

Icehouse is the debut studio album by Australian rock band Icehouse, released in 1980 (or 1981 depending on the region) on Regular Records and Chrysalis Records. Originally credited to "Flowers", the band was forced to change their name to Icehouse due to legal pressures.

The album achieved significant commercial success in Australia and New Zealand, reaching the top 5 in both countries. It is considered a seminal album in the Australian new wave music scene.
