Ian Hughes (footballer, born 1946)

Ian Hughes (born 24 February 1946) is a former professional footballer who played as a winger. Born in Connah's Quay, Wales, he began his career with Chester City, making his Football League debut in the 1964-65 season. He also played for Wrexham. His career spanned primarily the late 1960s and early 1970s in the lower divisions of English football. Details of his career after leaving Wrexham are less well-documented.
