The Hillsborough (CDP) is the central village and a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Hillsborough, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, United States. As of the 2020 census, the CDP had a population of 2,221.
Geography
The Hillsborough CDP is located in the central part of the town of Hillsborough, primarily along the Contoocook River. It is situated around the junction of New Hampshire Route 9, Route 149, and Route 123. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 5.6 square miles (14.5 km2), all of it land.
