Haliburton—Kawartha Lakes—Brock is a provincial electoral district in Ontario, Canada. It has been represented in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario since 1999. The riding encompasses the County of Haliburton, the City of Kawartha Lakes, and the Township of Brock in Durham Region.

Prior to the 1999 election, the area was largely covered by the ridings of Victoria—Haliburton and Durham—York. The current riding was created as part of the province-wide restructuring of electoral districts in response to population growth and demographic shifts.
