Grumbach (Innerste)
Grumbach is a small village within the borough of Langelsheim in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated on the Innerste River. The "Innerste" suffix serves to distinguish it from other places named Grumbach. Historically a mining community, Grumbach's economy was tied to the resources extracted from the surrounding Harz mountains. Today, it is largely a residential village within a larger administrative unit.
