The Green Line is a light rail line operated by the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) in Santa Clara County, California. It is one of three lines in the VTA light rail system, the others being the Blue Line and the Orange Line.

The Green Line primarily runs in a north-south direction, connecting Mountain View in the north to Winchester in the south. It shares tracks with the Blue Line for a portion of its route in downtown San Jose. Key destinations served by the Green Line include downtown Mountain View, Sunnyvale, downtown San Jose, and various residential and commercial areas along its corridor.

The Green Line provides access to numerous points of interest, employment centers, and transfer opportunities to other transit services, including Caltrain and bus routes. Service frequency varies depending on the time of day and day of the week, with more frequent service during peak hours. The line utilizes light rail vehicles powered by overhead catenary wires.
