Gordon Parks (footballer)

Gordon Parks (born 25 December 1936, died 20 July 1998) was an English professional footballer who played as a full-back.

Parks began his career with Barnsley, making his debut in 1954. He went on to make over 200 appearances for the club before moving to Scunthorpe United in 1962. After a short spell with Scunthorpe, he joined Bradford City in 1964.

Parks spent several seasons with Bradford City, contributing significantly to the team. His consistent performances earned him respect from teammates and fans alike. Following his time at Bradford City, Parks played for other clubs, including Frickley Athletic, before retiring from professional football.

After retiring, Parks remained involved in football at a local level.
