Glen Pearson (Australian politician)

Glen Pearson (born 1952) is a former Australian politician who served as a Labor member of the Victorian Legislative Council for the East Yarra Province from 1996 to 2006. Prior to entering state parliament, Pearson worked as a union official. He was a member of the Transport Workers Union for 37 years. During his time in parliament, he served on various committees, including the Scrutiny of Acts and Regulations Committee. After leaving parliament, Pearson has remained active in community affairs.
