Francis Buller (Parliamentarian)
Francis Buller (1746-1800) was a British Member of Parliament. He represented the constituency of Liskeard from 1780 to 1790 and West Looe from 1796 to 1800. He was the eldest son of Francis Buller (1715-1790) of Morval, also a Member of Parliament, and his wife Elizabeth Gould.
Buller was educated at Winchester College and Christ Church, Oxford. His parliamentary career was not particularly distinguished; he was generally considered a supporter of the government. He also served as Recorder of Liskeard.
Buller married Anne Lemon, daughter of William Lemon of Carclew, in 1768. They had several children, including John Buller (1771-1841), who also became a Member of Parliament.
