Felizzano
Felizzano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) east of Turin and about 11 kilometres (7 mi) southwest of Alessandria.
Felizzano borders the following municipalities: Altavilla Monferrato, Bassignana, Casale Monferrato, Fubine Monferrato, Quargnento, and Viarigi. The area is primarily agricultural, with vineyards and fields of grain dominating the landscape. The economy is largely based on agriculture and related industries, as well as small businesses.
The town's history dates back to Roman times. It experienced significant development in the medieval period, becoming part of the Marquisate of Monferrato.
