Essex Street station (Hudson–Bergen Light Rail)

Essex Street station is a station on the Hudson–Bergen Light Rail (HBLR) in Jersey City, New Jersey. Located at the intersection of Essex Street and Montgomery Street in the Paulus Hook neighborhood, it serves as a major transfer point on the HBLR system.

The station consists of two side platforms serving two tracks. It provides service along the HBLR's West Side–Tonnelle Avenue route and the Bayonne–World Trade Center route. Passengers can transfer between these two lines at this station.
