Ernest Davies (Stretford MP)
Ernest Davies (born 1893, died 1962) was a British Labour Party politician. He served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Stretford from 1945 to 1950.
Davies was a journalist and writer before entering politics. Following his service as MP for Stretford, he continued to be involved in public life.
