Erling Andersen (athlete)

Erling Andersen (born October 10, 1960) is a Norwegian race walker. He is best known for competing in the 50 kilometer walk. Andersen represented Norway at multiple Olympic Games and World Championships in Athletics. His personal best time for the 50 km walk is 3:49:09, achieved in 1988. He won a silver medal at the 1987 World Indoor Championships in the 5000m walk. Throughout his career, he achieved numerous national titles in race walking.
