Erich Hess (politician)

Erich Hess (born February 14, 1981) is a Swiss politician. He is a member of the Swiss People's Party (SVP).

Hess has been a member of the National Council (Nationalrat) since 2015, representing the Canton of Bern. He is known for his conservative positions and his focus on issues such as immigration, security, and national sovereignty.

Prior to his election to the National Council, Hess was a member of the Cantonal Parliament of Bern. He has also been active in local politics in his hometown.

Hess holds a degree in law from the University of Bern. He is a lawyer by profession. He is married and has children.
