Emil Arlt

Emil Arlt (dates unknown) was a German architect and building official active primarily in the city of Breslau (now Wrocław, Poland) in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. He served as a Stadtbaurat, a senior municipal building official, and was responsible for overseeing and approving many construction projects during a period of significant urban expansion and development in Breslau. While precise biographical details are scarce, Arlt's influence is evident in the surviving architectural fabric of the city, particularly in residential and commercial buildings from the Wilhelmine era.
