Eddie Hunter (American football)

Eddie Hunter is a former American football player who played as a running back in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Southern University, where he was a standout performer.

Hunter was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the 10th round of the 1981 NFL Draft. He played for the Saints from 1981 to 1983. During his time with the Saints, he was primarily a backup running back and special teams player.
