Dronero

Dronero is a town and comune (municipality) in the province of Cuneo in the Italian region of Piedmont, located in the Valle Maira about 20 kilometres (12 mi) west of Cuneo. It is situated at the confluence of the Maira and the Rio Bedale rivers.

The town's notable features include the Ponte del Diavolo ("Devil's Bridge"), a medieval bridge spanning the Maira river, and the historic center with its narrow streets and traditional architecture. Dronero's economy is based primarily on agriculture, artisan crafts, and small-scale industry.
