Don DeWitte

Don DeWitte is an American politician from Illinois. He served as a Republican member of the Illinois Senate representing the 33rd district from 2019 to 2023. The 33rd district includes portions of Kane and McHenry counties. Prior to his time in the Illinois Senate, DeWitte served as the Kane County Board Chairman. He has also held positions in local government, including serving as a city councilman. His political stances are generally considered conservative. He did not seek re-election in 2022.
