Nam Su-il

Nam Su-il (남수일, 南守一) is a South Korean former professional Go player. He was born on November 3, 1950.

Nam Su-il achieved professional status in 1968. He reached 9-dan in 1993. A notable achievement in his career was reaching the final of the Paedalwang Battle in 1992, where he lost to Cho Hunhyun. He is also known for his instructional work and contributions to Go education in South Korea. He retired from professional play in 2011. He remains active in the Go community as an instructor and commentator.
