Dexter Jackson (safety)

Dexter Jackson is a former American football safety who played in the National Football League (NFL) for twelve seasons. He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the fourth round of the 1999 NFL Draft.

Jackson played college football at Florida State University, where he was a standout player and helped the Seminoles win a national championship in 1993.

With the Buccaneers, Jackson was a key member of their defense and played an important role in their Super Bowl XXXVII victory in 2003. He was named Super Bowl XXXVII MVP after recording two interceptions.

After his tenure with the Buccaneers, Jackson also played for the Arizona Cardinals and the Cincinnati Bengals. Throughout his career, he was known for his hard-hitting style and ball-hawking abilities.
