David Green (running back, born 1972)

David Green (born October 23, 1972) is a former professional American football running back.

Green played college football at Virginia Tech, where he was a standout player. During his time with the Hokies, he was known for his speed and agility. He helped lead the team to several successful seasons and earned individual accolades for his performance.

After college, Green was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the 1995 NFL Draft. He played for the Seahawks for one season (1995). Following his time with the Seahawks, he also played for the Denver Broncos in 1996. His professional career was relatively short, but he remained involved in football after his playing days ended.

After his NFL career concluded, Green pursued coaching opportunities. He has coached at the high school level, mentoring young athletes and contributing to their development both on and off the field. He is recognized for his dedication to the sport and his commitment to helping young players reach their full potential.
