Dave Albo

Dave Albo (born August 8, 1966) is an American politician and lawyer. He served as a Republican member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 42nd district from 1994 to 2018. The 42nd district includes parts of Fairfax County.

During his time in the House of Delegates, Albo served on various committees, including Courts of Justice, Finance, and Rules. He often focused on issues related to technology, transportation, and criminal justice.

Albo graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor's degree in government and earned his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. He is an attorney in private practice. Following his departure from the House of Delegates, he has remained active in legal and political circles.
