History:

Cyrus was founded by chef Douglas Keane and Nick Peyton, opening its doors in 2005. The restaurant quickly gained critical acclaim, earning two Michelin stars in 2007 and maintaining them until its closure. The original iteration of Cyrus closed in 2012.
