Craig Benson (swimmer)

Craig Benson (born April 30, 1994) is a Scottish swimmer who specializes in breaststroke events. He has represented Great Britain and Scotland in various international competitions, including the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, and European Championships. Benson's career highlights include achieving personal best times in the 50m and 100m breaststroke events and contributing to relay teams. He trained at the University of Stirling and has been coached by various leading swimming coaches throughout his career. Benson announced his retirement from competitive swimming in 2021.
