Chris Glaser (American football)
Chris Glaser (born September 29, 1961) is a former professional American football player. He played as a guard in the National Football League (NFL) for twelve seasons.
Glaser played college football at the University of Nebraska, where he was a standout offensive lineman for the Cornhuskers. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the sixth round of the 1984 NFL Draft.
During his NFL career, Glaser played for the Pittsburgh Steelers (1984-1988), the Atlanta Falcons (1989-1995), and the New York Jets (1996). He was known for his durability and consistent performance, starting many games throughout his career. Glaser primarily played right guard and was considered a reliable blocker in both the running and passing games.
After retiring from professional football, Glaser worked in various business ventures.
