Tim DeKay
Tim DeKay (born June 12, 1963) is an American actor, director, and producer. He is primarily known for his television work, most notably for his role as FBI Special Agent Peter Burke in the USA Network series White Collar.
DeKay attended Le Moyne College, where he majored in business and philosophy and played baseball. He later earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in acting from Rutgers University.
His acting career began with stage work and guest appearances on television series. He gained wider recognition through recurring roles on shows such as Party of Five and Carnivàle. In addition to White Collar, DeKay has held series regular roles in Tell Me You Love Me and Second Chance, among others.
Beyond his work as an actor, DeKay has also directed episodes of television series including White Collar, Graceland, Lucifer, and The Rookie. He has also produced television projects. His range of work spans drama and comedy.
