Chery A1

The Chery A1 is a subcompact car produced by the Chinese manufacturer Chery Automobile. It was also known as the Chery Kimo in some markets. The A1 was launched in 2007 and was designed to be a budget-friendly vehicle targeting young consumers and first-time car buyers.

The car was available in various markets globally, including China, South America, and parts of Europe. Engine options typically included a 1.0-liter or 1.3-liter gasoline engine. The A1 featured a hatchback body style and offered basic features and amenities considered standard for its class and price point.

Production of the Chery A1 ceased in the early 2010s, with Chery shifting its focus to newer models. While no longer in production, the A1 remains a notable example of Chery's early efforts in developing and exporting subcompact cars.
