Cees Maas

Cees Maas (born in Leiden, Netherlands) is a Dutch business executive and economist. He is best known for his roles in the banking and financial sector, particularly his long tenure at ING Group.

Maas studied economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, graduating in 1973.

He held various management positions at ING Group, including serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from 1999 to 2007 and as Vice Chairman of the Executive Board. During his time at ING, he was involved in significant strategic decisions and acquisitions, contributing to the growth of the company's global presence.
