Cariboo (provincial electoral district)

The Cariboo is a historical provincial electoral district in British Columbia, Canada. It was located in the Cariboo region of the province. The riding existed from 1871 to 1986, being superseded by Cariboo North and Cariboo-Chilcotin. It was one of the province's original twelve electoral districts at the time of Confederation. Over its history, the district's boundaries shifted somewhat to reflect population changes and electoral reforms.
